Itinerary Design
From that conversation, we design a bespoke itinerary. Not a template with your name inserted, but a specific journey built around the wildlife you most want to witness, the pace that suits you, and the kind of experience — intimate and contemplative, or adventurous and wide-ranging — that you are hoping for. We present this as a detailed proposal, with specific camp recommendations, route rationale, and the reasoning behind every choice.
Booking and Confirmation
Once the itinerary is agreed, we handle all camp bookings directly. Because we have worked with the same camps and guides for decades, we have priority access to the finest properties — including several where last-minute availability is simply not available to the general public. We confirm every element of your trip in writing before you leave home, and we stay in touch as departure approaches.

When to Book

August to October is peak season and the time of the Great Migration crossings at the Mara River.
