Question 1

Can Bobby Safaris accommodate corporate retreats with specific agendas and teambuilding objectives?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every corporate safari is designed around your specific objectives — whether that is leadership development, strategic planning, cross-team bonding, or client entertainment. Don Kassim conducts a brief before designing the itinerary, and the schedule is built to serve your goals, not just the wildlife.

Question 2

What level of connectivity is available at the camps?

Accepted Answer

Satellite internet is available at most camps we use, though speed varies by property. For groups that require dedicated workspace access or high-bandwidth video calls, we select camps with the necessary infrastructure. We manage expectations on this before arrival — Tanzania's luxury camps prioritise the experience over conference facilities.

Question 3

What group sizes can Bobby Safaris accommodate?

Accepted Answer

For structured corporate events — incentive trips, leadership offsites, board retreats — groups of 6 to 24 are ideal. Larger groups require additional logistical planning and advance notice. Don Kassim assesses each enquiry individually to confirm feasibility and appropriate properties.

Question 4

How far in advance should a company book?

Accepted Answer

For the corporate safari market, 6 to 12 months is recommended for peak season. Last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated depending on camp availability, but the range of suitable properties is significantly wider with more lead time.
